Background-Feats

Each character, regardless of race or class receives one bonus feat on first level that must be taken from the background-feats of his home-region/town. This bonus-feat is in addition to the feat a human gains on first level. Magic Talent, Latent Psionic Talent and Second Sight can allways be taken as background feats, as long as the race is able to use these talents.
